Acceptance; Beyond Race: Color Blind

Ello Fellows,
Internet Friends,
This message is for those of you who know who you are:
I am an adversary for GLBTQPIA people and I am concerned with making the media advocating for community co-ops, non-governmental-organizations and, not-for-profits. As a contract developer, indie digital media producer working in some capacity with others, I have been responsible in part by creating content for local venues like NUVO Cultural Vision Award Winners Big Car, a community development art space and, Earth House, a *new age faith based” living learning collective in Indianapolis, IN promoting all age events in a safe environment.

In the past, I have been responsible for creative content development, functioning in some capacity team building leadership in community service. Recently, I just left the good life “living the dream,” as a pool director of aquatics working with youth in the public and private sectors of both Aquatics Management of Indianapolis and the Boy Scouts of America, for a national graphics production position w/QuadGraphics @QG.com. Now, I am in a non-governmental not–for–profit agency leadership building capacity in asset based community development of Salt Lake City, UT.

Any given situation you are in is a sort of constructed reality, one such that has been created for you or, rather, you create for yourself.  In reality, it is an allusion, or the practice of making inferences to the individuals past, present and, future..  Dreams: free association, lucidity; numinousness, serendipity, synchronicity.  Some might argue this is all an illusion.  What is reality if each of our own individual perspectives are, in fact, invariably different.?/  To that end, it comes down to an internal hegemony or perhaps a hierarchy of morals, values, influences, inspiring an others agency in life, agendas, causal affects and/or, biased effects that which might define our perspective outlook on life.  In truth, these are an ever so elusive allusion to illusions; a set of illusions we self–subscribe to that construct our own individual separate reality.  Were it not for art and/or agency in life, how else would we challenge our internal hierarchy of needs, hegemony of wants, heretical or, otherwise societal meme’s without art as communication in social milieu?

HFH: SLV; Mission Report—Summary

Saturday—October 1st., 2016

Many hands make one dream; and, in the field of dreams it is only just beginning..  I knew we were successful when we got there with a hand full of a few Wells Fargo volunteers five to seven of us were able to dig out six, seven of eight post holes on the south lawn.. after lunch.  In the morning there were four volunteers from Wells Fargo and, a friend came to. We had it made in the shade.  Lined out ten to twelve post holes dug by an easy auger.

That morning, Brandon wanted two–foot holes dug, 24–inches to bury our cedar posts. And so, after introducing ourselves to each other and, an orientation we set to work. It wasn’t until mid morning after we had dug half the holes by machine when we were digging the rest out with a post hole digger by hand and we ran into a brick wall, literally. Why is six afraid of seven?  The seventh hole, ate nine of my volunteers or, rather, really only five because we only had seven volunteers to begin with.  So instead Elfi and I, both dug it out together.

HFH: SLV; Mission Report—Summary

Wednesday—September 21st, 2016:

Today went well with out incident, in much the same way as yesterday, only so much better. Brandon and I began again, by explaining ourselves in giving Habitats Mission Statement.

Though I realize most of our volunteers here come from the same pool, I understand some of them have heard this all before, save for the ones who have not and are more eager to start. Although be that as it may, I can tell each group really appreciates us telling a story and, including them in ours.  Brandon makes each explanation and orientation more entertaining than the last. I enjoy adding value to our early morning group conversations, relating experiences in encouraging others to share their story together with us. Continue reading
