Spirit of Service

To Someone in administration:
To Whom it may concern,

Throughout the duration of my service term: I have been responsible for grant writing; aiding in the process of incentivizing a volunteer rewards program: marketing; making cold calls to vendors; corporate spending: making plans with the administrative staff/ management; purchasing products: buying building material for construction—although the main function of my job description is community building, relationship maintenance, facilitating a creative maker-space…. A few ways I have done this are, setting up a series of confidence building projects and, staging operations for my construction director and I to follow up in follow through, together.

I have done research writing, reporting and, editing on r-Control, quid pro quo consulting with Big Sky’s Structurally Insulated SIP Panels representatives. Up to and, including quantitative cost benefit analysis, qualitative, a return on investment reviews, a pro bono for key decision makers like my Construction Manager; and, also involved with taking surveys polling neighborhoods for our revitalization program with our Director of Operations as well. As for our CEO, who sits on a number of non profit boards non governmental organizations leaders and, other policy changers continuing community education by educating the general populous in public health.

A peace corps volunteer candidate for the Water & Sanitation Hygiene Education program in Panama: I am interested in pursuing continuing education with programming with front-end/ full-stack development focusing in data visualization for geographical information systems. I have come far from a seminar at a business development laboratory in Washington, D.C., specializing with human & computer interaction involved in environmental policy making and remote sensing. I am determined to continue education developing a portfolio of solid works up to/ grassroots computing networks and, information/ architecture or, engineering Asset Based Community Development.

Working together in some capacity in a leadership role with administration in the NFP’s and NGO’s of small business private and public sectors: In Aquatics Management of Indianapolis, I have experience supervising as a CPO; testing water, running samples, balancing chemicals and, managing up to 5-7-9 10-30k+ gal. Outdoor facilities from weeks and months during the summer for years—responsible in part capacity building leadership and, life skills learning strategy. All the while, simultaneously aiding my administration in staffing and recruiting with youth development in after school programs for at risk youth in the Boy and, Girl Scouts of America, USA.

As a result of the City Libraries activity in learning circles, in after school programs for at risk youth, like Heartland University Neighborhood Partners pilot programming from Utah University—according to FiRE: Future in Review, Salt Lake City is in the top, running for global business in green tech too. Although, the market here is emerging in small businesses, incubation labs, kick starters, start up accelerators, non–governmental non–for–profit organizations involvement like Habitat—however, the market may be coming readily available building capacity in the valley for green jobs, as well as, acquiring opportunity for future human resource management.

In the future, with a culmination of experience in combination with practical applications in drill and skill build out a skill set from a community college and, university and, a vocational school in data vis preparing for a departure. I anticipate gaining knowledge with a skill set I can add to my tool belt in order completing training before finishing a Peace Corps application. I would like to take the opportunity to add this to what experience I have with me into working together along side Habitat and, V school or, EPG, marketing business consulting service strategy to policy changers and key decision makers adding value to economy in natural resource management.

As a result of disruptive technology; and, in light of current events: or, rather prevailing circumstances—Habitat for Humanity of Salt Lake Valley seems as though it may well be contributing to a project this size of scope…. Abating conflict in placing refugees, redistributing a wealth of human capitol, reducing our carbon footprint by reducing and reusing our resources and, aiding in the process of job creation or, labor organization. All well with in the means of community development, while the habitat restore affords available housing for low income wage earners, it secures opportunity for workforce development for on–the–job training supporting research and development of environmental sustainability in long term future techonlogy in green careers.

In the spirit of service to Unite the States of America: and, in light of the prevailing circumstances concerning the state of our county’s union, as a citizen of the nation yet the world, abating conflict regions starting with WASH today; I anticipate moving forward with asset based community development or, data visualization of data science consulting with information/ architecture, on engineering, in energy access, of transportation gateways—for community developers, including key decision makers and/or our nation’s leadership involved environmental policy making and, natural resource development as well as better business in management thereof.

Although I know I have to admit that I know not, not much as I would like to know. I do know people who can, people who do. People who can do great things, when our dreams become visions and then, their visions become reality. Because I believe in a world full of people working better together. Though after having had this experience I have gained here however, I realize now how there is still so much more knowledge to gain in visualizing data, science, adding value, producing results so as to move the people and, so too, move the world.
